"...God loves me. God has a plan. God can be trusted"

How many times has someone said to you, "Maybe God is saying no or not yet?" Whenever I heard that, I would get frustrated a little bit because again it wasn't done in my timing or the way that I wanted.

Looking back on my life, I can see the hand of God clearly moving me and guiding me. I can see the moments were I stumbled and fell and He had to carry me. I see the moments were like the Israelites in the desert, God told me that I had to stand still and wait for Him to move. God has a greater purpose in all of the seasons of our lives.

"God is perfectly just, even when the circumstances seem terribly unfair. God loves me. God has a plan. God can be trusted." (Lysa TerKeurst) This quote speaks so deeply to my heart because there have been terribly unfair moments in my life, were I was dealing with really difficult health issues, were I was watching the lives of my friends move on and I just felt so stuck. But even in those moments of standing and waiting for the Lord to tell me that it is okay to walk forward, I was loved. God had an amazing plan and a purpose to my suffering and struggles. God used every opportunity to teach me something.

So even though God's answer at times was not yet and no, that's okay! Because He had a purpose. Although we might get frustrated, it's important for us to remember that God can be trusted.

Praying for you.
